Implementation of a Management of Change Process

Haploos is pleased to collaborate with our energy sector client on the implementation of a Management of Change process. Working together with our client's subject matter experts, we will create the framework for an effective change implementation process, provide support in developing technical training on the process and follow with a field level implementation coaching program. This will ensure controlled management of change to assets, personnel, procedures and processes within their plant and maintenance operations. Haploos looks forward to supporting our client with this critical element of a well-defined and supportive operational integrity program.
