Through a focused and collaborative process, Haploos facilitates and guides client teams through designing process improvements that close the gaps identified during the Assessment. This might be as simple as validating the relevance of existing process or something much more complex, such as completely rethinking how the process works.
Haploos facilitates with the client’s Subject Matter Experts and outside experts to validate and design processes that bring profitable returns.
Haploos’ Process Design Model
The primary goal is to define the current state and determine the future state. A few of the selected activities in this phase include:
Leadership Expectations: Designated Leadership teams determine the expectations for the existing or new process.
Strengths, Weaknesses and QWERTYs (SWQs): Review existing processes to determine what strengths the current process has, what weaknesses are present within the process, and what doesn’t make sense anymore (QWERTYs).
The process is re-designed to incorporate the necessary changes. A few of the selected activities in this phase include:
Task Building: Once the SWQs have been reviewed, your SMEs will create a new process using Haploos process development tools.
Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Appropriate staff is assigned to each process step.
The newly created process is tested to ensure its purpose and goals are obtained. Any issues are resolved. One of the selected activities in this phase is:
Validation: Implement new process on small scale to determine functionality and determine obstacles to implementation.
The final step in the process. After the process has been validated, all the associated tools and training materials are developed to support the new process.
Ownership through Group Development: Based on the process created, client SMEs will design tools, forms, manuals and the like to support the process with the aid of Haploos SMEs.
